Metallurgist, writer, and part-time builder of things that occasionally work.

I'm a mechanical engineering student finishing my bachelor's degree in 2027, and a materials science researcher at heart. I study how metals behave under the most extreme conditions: how a plane holds up under extreme shear, how a turbine survives extreme temperatures, how metals endure high radiation and corrosion environments, and what that does to their lifespan.

I'm an artist first, really. I look for beauty in everything: the way morning sun falls warm through a window and my cat sits right in it, the way a cup of coffee feels in your hands on a cold evening before Christmas. I was drawn to metallurgy the same way. The grains, the twinning, the shading, all of it under a microscope, unbearably beautiful. Looking at those structures sparked a curiosity that never really left.
